Maintenance and Quality Plan - Billing and Accounting
However, without the Plan, you will not have access to legal updates, bug fixes related to the Portuguese localization, or module version upgrades. This means that, in the medium term, your instance will no longer be legally compliant.

No. The Maintenance and Quality Plan applies only to the legal and technical maintenance of the Billing and Accounting modules. Other services (consulting, custom development, training, functional support by phone/email) continue to be contracted separately.
No. The Plan only includes e-mail support for issues related to the legal maintenance of the modules covered. Any other type of support follows the usual ARXI service contract conditions.
- You may do so at any time, provided you give ARXI 30 days' notice.
- Termination will result in the immediate loss of access to updates, upgrades, and bug fixes covered by the Plan.
- If you choose to work with another partner, the module will be uninstalled from your instance, and you will no longer have access to maintenance, legal updates, or support from ARXI.
- A dump of your database will be sent. This dump will not include the ARXI location. The new partner will be responsible for installing this dump on new hosting and ensuring the compatibility of the fields with their own location.
Reactivation is possible, but:
- This may involve additional setup/adjustment costs, especially if there are overdue versions.
- The subscription will resume according to the values and conditions in effect on the date of reactivation.
The Plan has a duration of 12 months (annual plan) or 1 month (monthly plan), and is automatically renewed unless terminated within the defined deadlines.
No. The Plan applies exclusively to the ARXI Billing and Accounting modules (Portuguese localization). Other modules may have specific plans in the future or be covered by separate contracts.
