Odoo SH access

To access the Odoo SH and custom code the steps below must be ensured.

Do you want to share the work with the internal IT team?

  • You must indicate the necessary development needs and make the respective request in writing to [email protected];​
  • A differentiated certification module installation model will be facilitated, which will require some system adjustments*;
  • A disclaimer is sent with contractual clauses indicating how to work in the system;
  • There is a working model alignment meeting.

*The installation of this module may have recurring costs associated with maintenance;

Conditions to access (No Arxi PT certification or other Arxi proprietary code)
1 - The current account is paid and there is no delivered work to be invoiced and/or received.

    • Full access with "Administrator" level is assigned.

2 - The current account has not been cleared or there is work delivered that is not invoiced and/or received.

    • You will be invoiced and charged the unpaid amount. After regularization, full access with "Admin" level is given.

Conditions for access (With Arxi PT certification or other Arxi proprietary code)
1 - The current account has been paid off and there is no work delivered for invoicing and/or receiving.

    • Arxi PT certification and/or other Arxi proprietary code is removed and then full access with "Admin" level is given.

2 - The current account has not been cleared or there is work delivered that is not invoiced and/or received.

    • You will be invoiced and charged the missing amount.
    • Arxi PT certification and/or other proprietary Arxi code is removed.
    • After financial regularization and removal of the Arxi PT certification and/or other Arxi proprietary code, full access with "Admin" level is given.

Soon there will be the possibility to change your direct support partner, maintaining the ARXI certification

For the removal of the Arxi PT certification, a disclaimer is sent and must be signed before delivering the access.

  • The entire technical process for delivering access, will be charged in support, which requires an active support contract.
  • In order to be able to give access, the customer must have a Github account (in the form below for the access request, you must provide the Github username).
